Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Webbency, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within three (3) days of the transaction date.

1. Refund Eligibility

Clients may request a refund within 3 days of purchasing a service. Refunds will be assessed based on the amount of work completed up to the time of the request. Any work already delivered or assets provided will be deducted from the refundable amount.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 3-day window.

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered within the 3-day period.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project within the 3-day period. In such cases, the cost of any work already completed will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back via the original payment method.
